This is a Brand New and RARE Citizen Watch. The watch dial is a Jump Hour style with an hour and minute rotating disc and a small red arrow seconds hand that ticks around the central section of the dial. The watch is all high polished stainless steel and the back is marked Citizen Watch Co., Water Resist, St. Steel, 6038-L16258 CWM, 8D0283 and GN-0-8. The stylish stainless steel linked bracelet has a locking clasp and is marked Citizen. It is powered by a quartz movement. The hang tags, Citizen Warranty booklet, and Citizen box are all included. This unique watch was released as a limited edition to test the market a few years ago.
