| This '70s 17 Jewel Automatic Waltham is in near mint condition. It features a beautiful silver tone dial accented with raised hour markers that are aqua colored on the surface. | |

| The barrel like shaped case has pointed edges in the center. It is shiny silver tone metal and measures 1 1/2" across and 1 1/2" (top to bottom.) It is 3/8" thick. The lugs are recessed within the case allowing the band to fit under the edges of the case. The case back is marked Waltham, Base Metal Bezel, Stainless Steel Back and Swiss Made Automatic. | |

| The round dial is absolutely stunning in appearance. It has a silver tone background. Near the outer edge of the dial there are thin black lines for the 60 seconds and minutes scale, and there are small luminous coated dots marking all the hour positions. The hour markers are raised and rectangular shaped. They have a centrally located and beautifully aqua colored surface marking, the 12 o'clock position has a Arabic numeral and the rest are vertical lines. There is a series of small horizontal engraved lines running through the center of the dial from the 3 o'clock position to the 9 o'clock position. The date feature is located at the 3 o'clock position and has black Arabic numerals against a white background. It is marked Waltham, (with the Waltham raised emblem) below the 12 o'clock position, and Automatic and 17 above the 6 o'clock position, and Swiss Made below 6 o'clock position. The baton-style hour and minute hands are silver in color with two separate center streamlined sections (aqua colored near the center and white colored near the ends.) The straight sweep seconds hand is silver in color with the tip colored in bright red. The crystal is flat on its surface and rounded around its edges. It is raised 3MM above the case. | |
