| The near mint round dial has an original silver satin-finish background. It has applied solid gold stars for each of the twelve hour markers which are connected together by a concentric ring. The dauphine-style hour and minutes hands are gold in color. And the thin dauphine-style sweep seconds hand is gold in color as well. The crystal has a slight curvature on the surface and angular sides and is raised 3MM above the case at its center. It is signed Benrus (with three gold stars) below the 12 o'clock position, and Self Winding above the 6 o'clock position, and Swiss at the base of the dial, but this is partially concealed by a spacer ring. |
