Description/Comments:
Here is an all original vintage fifties wrist watch featuring one of the cleanest dials I have ever seen on a watch of this age.  It also has some very modish Arabic numeral hour markers.

This watch is in excellent cosmetic and running condition, and is an absolutely beautiful timepiece. It keeps splendid time.

Case:
The round shaped gold plated case measures 1 3/8" across (including the crown) and 1 1/2" (lug to lug.)  It is 1/4" thick.  The crown is located at the 3 o'clock position.  The back of the screw down case is marked Stainless Steel Back and Base Metal Bezel.

Dial:
The round dial has a pearl color background and is in the closest to mint shape you'll find on an original vintage fifties watch.

There is a seconds/minutes scale around the outer edge where the increment indicators at the hour markers are luminous coated dots and are thin black colored lines in between.

The hour makers at the 12, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 o'clock positions are raised gold toned Arabic numeral with a very modish design.  the 1, 5, 7, 9 and 11 o'clock hour markers are raised gold tone rectangular shapes.

The date feature is located at the 3 o'clock position and has black colored Arabic numerals against a white background.

The dauphine-style hour and minutes hands are gold in color with a luminous coating in the middle.  And the thin dauphine-style sweep seconds hand is gold in color as well.

The crystal has a slight curvature on the surface and angular sides and is raised 4MM above the case at its center.

It is marked Helbros (with the Helbros logo) below the 12 o'clock position, and  Invincible (with a curved red colored design) above the 6 o'clock position, and Swiss Made below the 6 o'clock position.
