| The round shaped dial has a very eye-catching satin silver background and is in the closest to mint shape you'll ever find on an original vintage fifties watch. The Retro-Modern Arabic hour makers at the 12 and 6 o'clock positions are a very nice style and the remaining are rectangular shapes with a grooved center surface. The fils-style hour and minutes hands are silver with luminous centers. And there is a nice 60 seconds sub-dial that features a cross-hair marker with a sweeping silver colored hand. The crystal has a slight curvature on the surface and angular edges and is raised 4mm above the case. It is marked Wittnauer (with the Wittnauer emblem) below the 12 o'clock position, and Automatic above the sub-dial and Swiss below the 6 o'clock position. |
