Raketa - Soviet Union Made, True 24 Hour Dial, Marked CCCP, 16 Ruby Jewels, World Time Zone Dial, Made for Soviet Polar Expeditions (circa '80s)

This is a Soviet Union made 16 jewel mechanical wind watch with a real functioning 24 hour dial. It is marked with the Soviet initials CCCP. This watch also features a rotating world time zone dial. There are two crowns (one is for the setting of time and the other is for the moving of the world time zone dial.) These watches were specially designed for Soviet Polar expeditions.
Case:
The round shaped stainless steel case measures 1 5/8" across (including the crown) and 1 3/4" (lug-to-lug.) It is 5/16" thick. The case back is marked with the number 060.
Dial:
The round dial has a silver background with black Arabic numbers (the odd numbers up to 23 are marked in Arabic numbers and the even numbers have a straight line hour marker) and there is a functioning world time zone circular dial, white in color with black lettering, surrounding the outer circumference of the main dial. Major cities of the world are marked in English and Russian. It is marked Raketa upper central section and the Soviet initials CCCP is at the lower central section.
The hour and minute hands are black in color and the sweep seconds hand is also black in color.
The crystal has a flat surface and is curved around the edges.
Band:
18MM genuine leather that is padded and is black in color. It has a silver tone buckle.
